Val-Q Investment Advisory Private Limited was incorporated on 28th August 2014. It is duly registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) to provide Portfolio Management Services (PMS) to Indian Retail/HNI investors and investment advisory services to overseas investors. The Company's registered office and its operations are based at Bandra Kurla Complex, Mumbai. Ashit Kothari & his family were the initial founders of the company. Later, an additional 40% of the capital was issued to Robert Lloyd George.
