He has an overall experience of 22 years in the Indian Capital Market. Prior to starting Val-Q, he was the head of the Indian sub-continent operations at Lloyd George Management (LGM) for 10 years in Mumbai. He was also the advisor to all LGM Indian offshore funds. Before LGM, Ashit had worked as a Portfolio Manager at Alliance Capital India, managing 6 Indian funds for 3 years. He was co-head of research at ASK Raymond James and senior analyst at BNP Paribas & IIT InvesTrust Pvt. Ltd. He holds a post-graduate management degree specialising in Finance and has graduated in Chemical Engineering from Mumbai University.

Mayur Patel, Investment Analyst, is a qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a graduate in commerce from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, Indore. He has also cleared the NISM certification examination for Research Analyst and Investment Advisor. Prior to joining Val-Q, he had done his articleship at M/s Mahesh C. Solanki & Co., Central India’s largest CA firm, for 3 years in the field of project financing and assurance services to various SME’s.
Jasmine Pandit

Jasmine Pandit, Compliance & Client Relations , is a graduate in Commerce from Dahanukar College of Commerce, Mumbai. She has an overall work experience of more than 15 years in the Field of Finance & Commercial Compliances. She started her career working with Pharma & IT Companies in the compliance & operations field. Prior to joining Val-Q in April 2018, she was working with Marico Ltd, as a Commercial Compliance Executive for nine years.

Saloni Bavishi, Investment Analyst, is a graduate in commerce from Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics and is a semi- qualified Chartered Accountant. She has done her articleship with Mumbai based CA firm, SGCO & Co. LLP, where she was a part of varied audit assignments of listed entities across different sectors.
